I've been giving brochures to her friends to pass on to her, because I think she could use the surgery.
Is there a way to tell her that she's not physically good enough for me without upsetting her?

She wouldn't ask me to get surgery because she knows I'm already pretty much perfect.
And I'm not paying. It's not my body.

If she's a surfboard, she knows she's a surfboard. The fact that she's flat as hell won't come as a shock to her. Just be blunt. Oh, and offer to pay.

Don't try and change the way she looks. Does she want it? Are you gonna pay for it? How dare you try and make her do something as big as that. I'm pretty sure you saw them when you were getting together why is it a problem now? That is something she needs to decide on her own not you for her. And if she does not meet your physical standards then leave her alone, thats so terrible of you!

Either you love your gf the way she is and no, you can't change her nor encourage or give a push to have breast augmentation without offending her about this matter.
Could you imagine a pendulum clock breast when the lady is old????
Physical aspects isn't all... what lasts... what matters most is the good head and good heart of the person.

Why don't you just get it done yourself and cut your girlfriend out of the equation totally.
I think if she's not good enough, surgery won't help, you should find someone better, royalty perhaps or a super model.
Someone who isn't so into the whole 'personality and humour and ethics' crap that people that are worthwhile concern themselves with.

no there is never a way of telling her tht she isnt physically good enough for you!! if you dont like hr then move on and let her find someone who actually loces her for her!! you cant try to make somone have breast surgery for you!! you should be ashamed and you dont deserve her!! get over yourself and be happy that you have her

Hellllll no!!! No matter what you do, do not tell her this. Let it come up naturally. She needs to believe you accept her as she is. If you tell her this, regardless of the outcome, you will hurt her, and she will absolutely resent you.

Just keep complimenting her on how great her "small" ones are. Tell her small is just fine and some good things come in small packages. If you repeat the word "small" enough, she should get the hint.

my boyfriend was man enough to tell me to my face!!!
i went and got the surgery and he loves them!!! now he wants me to get the vaginal reconstructive one (whatever that is) so we have an appointment in 2 weeks with the surgeon. when i got my nose done for him 2 yrs ago he even did extra chores around the house so i could work extra hours to pay for it.

There is no best way to do that. Perhaps you should do it and upset her so shes realizes what a jerk you are and breaks up with you already.
