Dating was tough enough when I was young, but now that I am 45, it is down right scary. When I go to most bars I find nothing but young women who are beautiful to see, but aren't the least bit interested in a guy my age. So give me a hand. Are there any night spots which are primarily frequented by more mature ladies who might be in the market for a well-experienced male?

Right there with you pal. Here in KC, just seems there are not many outgoing woman in our age group.

Be real and do what you enjoy doing. Don't make finding someone your focus, it consumes you and you stop living in the moment and enjoying life. Being single isn't the worst thing. I'm a middle-aged single woman and the men my age, want a woman in her 30's or early 40's - that's a huge turn off, so I stopped looking and decided life is too short to waste on men who want to date women their daughters' age.
