Yellow teeth are caused by a number of things. Smoking is one, drinking a lot of coffee is another and having too much calcium in your diet can cause your teeth to yellow. I would start with the cheapest solutions first and then work your way up to professional treatments. First get the whitening toothpaste and try the whitening strips. If over a two month period of time that doesn't make a noticeable difference move up to professional laser treatment or you may even want to consider verniers. Verniers are porcelain caps that go over your teeth. Those can be expensive but totally worth it in the end for your teeth will appear to very white and perfectly straight. It is what all the movie stars have. Washing your mouth out with Hydrogen Peroxide while perfectly safe if you use it too much it will actually start weaking the enamal on your teeth. You can use the Hydrogen Peroxide say once a week but, no more than that. But, start cheap for sure and see what happens. If not then go and get the laser treatments or splurge and go for the Verniers. Ok, I hope this helps and keep on smiling.

Here are many ways that you can whitening your teeth!

For home remedies.

Mix baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to form toothpaste. Brush the teeth regularly with this paste. It will remove all stains in a month.

Use bicarbonate of soda 5 minutes before brushing the teeth with normal toothpaste in the morning. This is a good home remedy for teeth whitening.

Rubbing the bark of walnut tree on the teeth helps in removing all stains from the teeth.

Strawberries are considered natural teeth whiteners. Rubbing the teeth with strawberries daily will remove all the stains.

If you would like a suggestion on tooth whitening gel, here's something for you!

Crest Night Effects Whitening Gel (about $18.00) allows you to remove stains while you sleep. The tooth whitening system has a fresh, wintergreen flavor. After fourteen days of sleeping with this product on your teeth, you will wake up to a vibrant smile. You should see results in two days, although there are reports of tooth whitening results in one night

I use the mouthwash

The results aren't perfect for me. My lower front teeth seem to be permanently discolored.
