why do you even need to ask this question? do it. If he has hurt you, do you think it will stop there? even if you SOMEHOW manage to get him off of your own back, would you be able to live with yourself if there is even the risk of him doing it to somebody else? you have an obligation on many many levels to turn this S.O.B. in, please, for yourself, and for the rest of his potential victims, please do the right thing.

This is totally up to you.Immigration does not take too kindly to wife beaters.I used to have a boss who was married to a boxer from Holland.Apparently,he was using her as a punching bag.She reported him to immigration, they took his green card away and sent him back to Holland. When they deported him,she had already made up with him and there was nothing she could do to make them not deport him.He was legal also so just imagine the field-day they'll have with someone who's illegal.

What is the question? Illegal or not he abuses you and is cheating. If you want him gone (as you should) simply speak to the police and go from there.

You have to decide though. This is not going to be a halfway thing. Do you wish to have a life and/or charged yourself to just have it all cleaned up? If he is illegal it will cost much to take care of this.

Well, that all depends on how log ya'll have been married for because if it has been 3 or more years the he is legally an American citizen. But, if it hasn't been 3 or more years then heck yeah, go for it. Also, in some states you can sue your spouse and the third party for adultry. So see if your state is one of those and sue the crap out of both of them!!! Here's a little secret that a cop told me a few years back.....you can put soap in a sock and beat the tar out of someone and it won't leave any bruises....so tie him to the bed (say it's for sexual reasons so he won't be suspicious) and bring on the beatdown!!!!!!

Yes, why allow someone who is an illegal to stay in our country if they are going to abuse woman, thats just a stepping stone to even more abusive events im sure..
Plus having him deported will deffinitely make sure he can never come back around again to beat you again..

You sure know how to pick 'em. Illegal, unfaithful AND an abuser -- you hit the trifecta.

If you can help get another illegal deported, go for it.

If you married an illegal, you seem to be getting what you deserve. Why did you expect any different. Your spouse cheated his way in here, and once a cheater, always a cheater.

No, sooner or later he'll get caught on his own and get deported. Just don't file for his paperwork to make him legal and leave him. File for a Divorce. Once a cheater always a cheater.

I'm sorry to tell you this, you can't deport anyone. Only a judge in immigration court can order a deportation.

If he's abusing you have him arrested.
