You must be joking - telling the difference between good and bad spirits? Apart from the Holy Spirit all other spirits 'good', or 'bad', are demonic.

Not only good spirit also hard work, sincerity etc. also help to achieve it.

Depends. IF one means angels or demi gods yes material goals can be achieved if one worships the demi gods. But Krishna says in the Bhagavad Gita "Those who worship the demi-gods only worship Me but they do so in a wrong way." and that those who worship the demi gods are less intelligent. But those who fully surrender to Him are the most intelligent. I choose Him (God) not some souls who have much less power than Krishna. Thanks.

Honey, despite what you might have been thinking, there ARE no "good spirits." So the answer is no. Christians have absolutely no business messing with them because they are demons!

Yes, of course. I have no doubt about it. We all have good spirits around us for that very purpose, to help us. That doesn't mean they can get you the most beautiful woman or make you win the lottery. You have your free will to make your own decisions, but they definitely help you by inspiration to make those decisions and they give you strength and wisdom when necessary.
Keep your thought uplifted to them and you will feel them around.
