Drinking alcohol excessively for long periods is well documented, cirrhosis of the liver is the most common side effect, also you could have other symptoms because of dehydration.
However if you have been drinking water for 3 days then you could have water intoxication. There was a recent report of someone dying from this due to a radio competition.

I enjoy drinking, but drinking for the last three days?? That's way too much drinking! It sounds like you need some help. Good luck.

Ask your doctor about an exercise routine. Regular exercise, such as walking three times a week, may reduce neuropathy pain, improve your muscle strength and help control blood sugar levels. Gentle routines such as yoga and tai chi might also help.

For the past 3 years I have suffered daily with neuropathy. Well it’s been just 1 week and I just cannot put into words how brilliant my results have been. I have absolutely no more hyper sensitivity and no more agonizing burning pains. I can’t explain it, but this thing works. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your secret with me.

Well - it killed my Gt. grandfather when he was 39. Died of D.T.'s.
It also killed a good friend of ours when he was 52 - cirrhosis of the liver. Of course, it had already affected his brain (alcohol kills brain cells) so he wasn't the guy we'd known and liked.
