All I wanted to do was to tell her that I have a
girlfriend so that she would leave me alone. But
I got in trouble and my girlfriend doesn't believe
that's all I did over there. What should I do to
get out of the situation?

well first of all u should have told ur gf before hand and with that u didnt need to sneak. well maybe u should explain to her again and dont show that ur panicky or something. try to buy her some flowers and send them to her home or work. tell her abt ur mistake and ur sorry for it. dont make up stories to get out of it, tell the truth and im sure she will understand.

As IF you needed to sneak and go tell a woman that you have a girlfriend.
NOT!
You could have done that right out in the open, even in front of your girlfriend if necessary. There was no need to sneak anywhere.
You are obviously not ready for a long term relationship, or a monogamous relationship with anyone.
The best thing you can do now is to allow this breakup to happen, which may be why you did what you did, in the first place, trying to break up your own relationship.
This will allow your girlfriend to go and find someone who really IS ready to be in a relationship with her alone, which is only fair to her.
And it will allow you to be able to date whomever you like, without having to worry about anything. This sounds like what you really want, so this is what you should have.

You shouldn't have went anyway. What you would've did was introduce her to your girlfriend and if she still didn't believe you,that's when you should've snuck out. But instead you got in trouble. What you should do now is try to get her to compromise with you. Instead of sneaking out you should've asked your girlfriend and then there wouldn't have been a problem now wouldn't there?Dont fret this is what you do:
1. Tell her that you don't have feelings for her
2. Tell her that you were just tryna get her to leave you alone and warn her that you already have a girlfriend
3.Tell her how you really fell about the situation.

Why did you sneak to do that? You could have told the other woman that anywhere. If you really love your girlfriend, you are going to have to fight for her love now. Because she does not trust you anymore. Just keep trying to make things right and keep telling her over and over again, that nothing happened and it was a stupid thing to do. Tell her that all people make stupid decisions at one time or another, but you really do care for her. Also, tell her the truth!! Why did you really feel that you had to sneak to see this woman just to tell her that you have a girlfriend. Were you just a little bit curious about this woman? The least initial deviation from the truth is multiplied later a thousandfold, but I guess you've figured that out now.
The fact that you did not tell your girlfriend what you were doing is the problem. You've given her a reason to doubt you, and it's hard for women to just let go of things like that.
You must talk to her and explain your actions. Be honest. Tell her wonderful things about herself, your girlfriend, all the reasons you like her, remind her of that. Don't trash talk the other girl, but make it known you're seriously not interested in her.

Not much you can do but be 100% honest and build the trust back. Most people put a lot of trust into people from the start and once its gone its usually gone. If she is willing to work it out with you, you should take that opportunity for all its worth.

You should have taken your girlfriend with you to see this other woman. Since it's too late for that now, show her where you went, and show her the woman is not in your cellphone or friends lists in the computer.

You went behind your girl's back instead of being openly honest and telling her what was going on. If you had nothing to hide, then why sneak around? You gotta talk to your girl and be honest!!
