...what is this natural way?

For me personally... the religious way. Though it may not be the same for everyone.

But the reason I say this, is because the natural way for me... well, let's say I wouldn't be a very nice person!

My religion helps me restrain all the crazy things inside me that are trying to claw their way out.

Believe me, it's for the best - I'm sure!

What do you mean by "the natural way?" The natural way of what? And which religion are you referring to? Think about it. A lot of people would appreciate some clarity.
