His throne was a fiery flame,....................Daniel 7:9.
WHERE HAVE I HEARD THIS DISCRIPTION OF GOD QUOTED FROM?

Revelation 1:13-14 says One like the Son of Man, clothed with a garment down to the feet and girded about the chest with a golden band. His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and His eyes like a flame of fire.

The Ancient of Days is Almighty Jehovah, God the Father. Note who is at the right hand of the Ancient of Days, and from where Christ's authority comes.

(Daniel 7:13-14) See there! with the clouds of the heavens someone like a son of man happened to be coming; and to the Ancient of Days he gained access

(Matthew 24:30) And then the sign of the Son of man will appear in heaven, and ...they will see the Son of man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

(Matthew 26:64) Jesus said to him: “You yourself said it. Yet I say to YOU men, From henceforth you will see the Son of man sitting at the right hand of power and coming on the clouds of heaven.”

(Mark 13:26) And then they will see the Son of man coming in clouds with great power and glory.

(Mark 14:62) Then Jesus said: “...You persons will see the Son of man sitting at the right hand of power and coming with the clouds of heaven.”

(Luke 21:27) And then they will see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

(Acts 7:55-56) [Stephen] being full of holy spirit, gazed into heaven and caught sight of God’s glory and of Jesus standing at God’s right hand, and he said: “Look! I behold the heavens opened up and the Son of man standing at God’s right hand.”

(Matthew 28:18) And Jesus approached and spoke to them, saying: “All authority has been given me in heaven and on the earth.

(Psalm 2:2-6) The kings of earth take their stand And high officials themselves have massed together as one Against Jehovah and against his anointed one... Jehovah himself will hold them in derision..., Saying: “I, even I, have installed my king [Jesus]

What is your point, I would be more surprised if Father and Son did not look alike.

Daniel chapter 7 is very explicit, the Son of Man is NOT the Ancient of Days.

Rev chapter 1 also is very explicit that Jesus and God are not the same.

Rev 1:1The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him

Rev 1: 6and He has made us to be a kingdom, priests to His God and Father--

Notice John is saying that Jesus has a God and a Father,

Two separate and distinct individuals.

Daniel and Revelation are in agreement.
