Yellowish discoloration of the skin is known as jaundice. Conditions leading to jaundice are all related to the liver.
1. You can have acute blood destruction by your spleen which challenges the ability of your liver to metabolize the heme products from your blood, therefore leading to jaundice.
2. You can be suffering from Hepatitis A, or B.
3. You can be suffering from Obstructive Jaundice wherein you may have developed gallstones which have fallen into your bile ducts thereby blocking bile flow leading to jaundice.

From the clue you've given, I would think you may have Hepatitis A which is transferred through the oral route, i.e., you may have eaten the virus. Hepatitis B is transferred sexually or through blood products. Hepatitis C is transferred through blood products.
There is a tiny possibility of Obstructive Jaundice since fast food is full of cholesterol that allows gallstone production, but since you never mentioned about abdominal pain, it might not be so.
A very tiny possibility, although you never offered clues about it, is CAROTENEMIA. It means you may have eaten A LOT, and I mean A LOT of food rich in Vitamin A.
Best way, to know, go see a Doctor, have your Bilirubin checked. Good luck!

Are you sure it turned yellow? My gran once thought she was jaundiced and got very worried until we figured out it was because her bathroom had just been painted and altered her reflection in the mirror. Turning yellow can be a sign of liver disease, but it generally lasts at least a few days.

This could be the signs of a very serious disease. As you are probably aware..an extensive amount of fast food can be very detrimental to your health..no matter how much water you drink. Make an appointment with your doctor a.s.a.p. !

Okay well have you gone to the doctor? Do you work out? Maybe you don't need to eat so much fast-food and start eating healthy foods such as: fruit, salads, grilled things not broiled in grease! but if these don't work you really need ti go to the doctor!

I really wonder why people ask questions like this. The obvious answer is " GO TO THE DOCTOR!!" It's really dangerous to self-diagnose or use comments or internet articles to diagnose a problem. See your family doctor first and go from there.

Sounds like you could have some kidney problems. I would stop eating the fast food because it can cause such a problem. Please consult a doctor (preferably an alternative medicines specialist) in order to ensure you don't have a serious situation.

I would have blood work done. Yellow skin indicates a problem with your liver.

I think that skin discoloration can result from jaundice and hepatitis. Not saying that's what you have, but it's worth knowing.
