contact the nearest Naval carears centre, fill out a load of paperwork, and once that is done there is a requirement for you to do something known as the PRMC (Potential Royal Marine Course) Which is a three day event where you will need to:
run 3 miles under 20min,
a bleep test and reach above level 11,
be able to do 60 pressups,
80 situps,
6 over arm pull ups,
swim one length of thier pool after stepping off from their highboard,
their assault course in under 4 min,
and a determination test.
I tried it, didn't succeed, but you get three chances.
If you do try to go for it the only thing I can advice you to do is keep your eyes and ears open, they are looking for fit men, who can remain alert even when they are exhausted.
Good luck
