I believe - as in I think but am not totally convinced - that the dimensions of the ark would give enough space for most animals, depending on the size of the space given. The food calculations on the other hand are a little more complex and highly dependent on the amount of time on the ark, we know they were on there for over 40 days, as that was the length of time that it rained but for the water to evaporate and reform into ice packs would take significantly longer.
There are other significant problems:
1. Not enough hydrogen on the earth to make the needed water.
2. Not enough water on the earth.
3. Noah was 600, had only 3 sons and no daughters or grandchildren.
4. The water pressure of the flood waters would have destroyed all plants and seeds.
5. The rainbow indicates a change in either water or light, which would have changed the sky or water color or both.
6. Transportation of animals from and back to various continents and islands
7. No geological evidence.
There are several others.
Edit:
Rai, the sun is a fusion reaction. Lake Hiller has various life forms in it, and there are a number of explanations of why a lake could be any color, take a look at Yellowstone.

particular and no. the story of Noah's ark is derived from an identical account in Sumerian background. If one reads the Epic of Gilgamesh, there is an account of a large deluge. watching the geography of Sumer in historic situations, that's a community with many waterways that decrease via the section. because of this, it replaced into homestead to many buying and advertising areas, which transported products that have been to be bartered, alongside with countless animals. The rivers grew to grow to be flooded, in all probability in a manner comparable to what's surpassed off in Iowa. no longer almost as conventional as some might have you ever to have faith. There are different areas of the large flood which could be defined logically, in spite of the undeniable fact that, to take the story actually could be somewhat naive.

It's 2 or 7 depending on which version is being referred to. Don't forget the massive amt of water needed for the salt water and fresh water fish. And, who cleaned up after them? Some might try to say they were babies but the story says it was a year on the boat so they would have grown and how did they store meat when there were no refrigerators?
And, why oh why, did Noah remember the mosquitoes and roaches?

If you're not thinking, lemme do it for u. Of course Noah's ark was big, he made the ark fits all animals. Don't ca learn physics? It didn't sink because of BOUYANT forces. Did the ark was made by stone (that it crossed your mind to question this)? Stones do sink, but wood? NO. Why don't ca ask of why the animals didn't attack Noah? Why they went to the ark? Not askin'? God did help Noah and his believers (and also the animals). What else? You want logic in everything? Then, please explain to me what causes the Sun to burn in the outer space? Isn't there's no oxygen or else ( to promotes burning)? Science cannot even explain for the Sun, whats more for this, a history. If u wanna make an excuses, prove me wrong by explaining the Sun, pleeeaaseeee..!
Plus, science can't also prove why the lake in Australia (the Lake Hiller) is pink. Wanna know what did they find? No ALGAE. In logical thoughts, its possible for a lake to turn pink, but with the present of certain kind of algae. But here, the lake got no algae at all! Weird huh? But its the fact. And you know why? It because God wants to show His power to thinking humans. Humans cannot do all the thinking, tough.

I think that you need to read that story again it was 3 of every unclean animal and 7 of every clean animal I am not sure where you 2 and 4. With God all things are possible and by the way Noah's ark has been found on Mount Ararat in Iran I think

If you believe in Noah's Ark then you would also have to believe that God asked him to build the Ark and believe God directed all the animals there. Then you must believe in the Flood too. Think about it.
Sorry, you don't get to pick and choose!

There was no noah's ark. Both atheists and theists agree. If you think there was, you really shouldn't have dropped out of elementary school.
jesussaves: Why would god need the ark if he can just recreate every animal?
