Yes there is but you have to go through a process. At least this is the way it is in 2007. Go to plot - on the printer plotter pull down choose autodesk Eplot PDF. Go though your settings and walah!

Several options exist and function similarly but I've always gone with PDFCreator. PDFCreator installs as a pseudo print driver so any application that can print will have the output page saved as a PDF document.

you need to install additional software for converting dwg to pdf. you might try adobe acrobat professional. it will add a printer on you printer list and you can print it to file wgich has a pdf output.
