Okay, so they called me that i had till the 12th of september to pay my balance off, so i did on the 12th. They said once i paid it off, that they will send me another card or something? So i've been waiting for my card, and it's been over 6 weeks i think? they also said that it will come within 6-8 weeks. i dunno what's going on but can i still use my old one? or should i wait some more? need some answers about this. i would appreciate so GOOD advice. thanx.

If you paid off the card on the 12th of September and they told you that a new card would take 6-8 weeks, then the earliest you can expect a new card is around October 24th (6 weeks from the date you paid). The latest should be November 7th (8 weeks from the date you paid). If you are confused about whether or not you can still use your old card or if they are going to send you a new card, then call the 800 number on the back of your Macy's card and ask them. Good luck!
