I would imagine he dyes his hair purple because he likes it. He probably asks for a egg roll without yolk because he is either allergic to yolk or in conscious of the fact that most/all the fat and protein in egg is contained in the yolk. Many people eat egg white only omelette's etc.
He is normal, just a bit different from you, I guess.
Perhaps he thinks it is weird to eat egg yolk?

Based on the info you have provided, I would have to say no, he's not normal.
Of course, lots of people do order yolk-free egg dishes (egg white omelets, for example); they want the protein without the fat and cholesterol. But if your co-worker is eating eggrolls, fat is probably not a big concern. Besides, how the hell do you get the yolk out of an eggroll?

Seriously, what is normal? The stereotypical concept of having a natural hair color and streamlining your vocabulary? I personally think that this guy is breaking the stereotype of "normal" and creating his own identity. He sounds like a character so I say, good for him!

id say he was normal i think hes just try ing to regain his youth! dying his hair to look younger and then avoiding the yolk coz its the most fattening bit!
