I would say yes. Consider the way the system is set up- an educational system that gets everyone indoctrinated into believing people evolved, other philosophies also are pushed by being practiced, like humanism.
The attention spans of people have grown shorter, maybe due to the fact that they have become so used to watching fast-moving television programming. People do not know how to practice patience any longer...there's a "fast food" mentality that makes them upset if something doesn't happen quickly.
There are many reasons, I just named a couple but yes, I do think it is getting harder.

Possibly, yes. Our overall knowledge of the sciences seems to be letting us dig deeper into how stuff works. It still doesn't answer the why, which seems to be what religion seeks to provide us, but it challenges religion in general increasingly to come up with ways to defy observable and reproducible phenomena in nature.

Yes--in this world of science and answers and logic, who is going to believe people who say, "Well, about six thousand years ago, a magic man in the sky created the earth in seven days. He also had a son whose mother was known as the Virgin Mary--who'd never had any type of sex and yet still got pregnant."
It's about the equivalent to Greek mythology to me--completely false.

Yes as there is more explanation of natural events and causes and effects are better understood. Also as knowledge of the physical universe increases it is harder to accept that there was any intervention by a deity.

Ive never felt like that, but then again, I dont talk to people who arent listening to me.
Also, Islam is extremely common sensible to me, when I explain myself and my faith, people always understand.
Even the atheist. Who does not believe in a word of it :)

No. Not at all. It's no different now than 100 years ago or 1000 years ago. Except maybe the non-believers are more vocal.
