Some import companies in the UK are now able to take deposits for the Tesla. They can ship, S.V.A. and register them for the road use in Britain.

Budget at least £50,000 for one.

They are built in San Jose California, they are $98,000 USD
and at that price I am sure you can have one shipped to the UK. You would probably want the conversion so the wheel is on the correct side. I was looking at them on the Internet yesterday. I will go to San Jose to see one soon. I live 40 miles south of San Jose in Hollister Ca. A 3 wheel electric car was built in Hollister, it was called the Sparrow, made by Corbin inc., it was a flop for various reasons. The same company is now making a gas powered 3 wheel, 1 passenger vehicle. It will be powered by a Suzuki auto engine, 40 hp, top speed 93 MPH, approximately 95 miles per gallon, air conditioning, all in all pretty nice. They have not
been released to the public yet. Mr, Corbin gave me an intro to the 3 wheeler last week. The price will be around 17k USD, more my price range.
