I've been having some weird dreams as of late.
1. I'm seeing myself in a side profile view, I am really thin and thinking. ( I am a bit overweight but not obese in real life)
2. The same dream as 1.
3. The same dream as 1 again.
4. I am at a dr's office, I only see my feet stepping on a scale. I look down but can't see the numbers, they are digital and red. I hear the doctor saying well.. you've lost 125 pounds.
(LOL! I am not on a diet, and if I'd lose 125 pounds, I'd be anorexic!)
Any ideas as to what this means? I usually interpret dreams myself, but this one has me stumped.

Sounds like you are concerned with getting rid of something (not necessarily your weight, but a burden of some kind!)
Actions are sometimes more meaningful than Objects in a dream!

Since you are on a diet the dreams should be clear to you.

They are about you losing weight, which is what you are trying to do in your conscious state of being. So it seems to me that your subconscious is almost giving you positive reinforcement.

I say, good luck with your diet, love yourself, and I hope this helps!!

Maybe you have lost a part of yourself that you did not necessarily want to lose. maybe you are ignoring a special interest of yours or haven't tuned in to a certain aspect of your personality (artistic, athletic), and so you feel empty or "thin". Some stress or time restraints can make you feel stretched thin, and so you have ignored important aspects of your life.

I'm just brain storming because I don't know what is going on in your life.

Good luck!!

You are subconsciously interested in losing weight and you want some one to approve your efforts.
