I have an interview in 30 for my work-study in 30 minutes and I'm sfraid that they ask me a question and I come up with the Spider Pig song.

Mentally sing "Jingle Bells" to yourself as fast as you can 3 times. That always gets a song out of my head for me.

Run to your local pharmacy and get some OCD medicine! LOL!
Just try to get another, less annoying, song stuck in your head. Make yourself sing something else over and over until it gets stuck.
