is this time for love or forgetting?

i'd a (boy) friend for 3 years.....he told before that he loves me but i prefered to be just his friend
but now i feel so in love with him...i cant do anything but missing him
he went for some education in another country...i know he deserves the best but i can't support that he'll be so far for may be 3 years
it's really so hard for me, i need him ,i miss him
i told him that on the phone and i wrote 20 poems for him...i send him million messages to tell him i'm sorry for being late to confess this love.
but he said he still in love with me but he also will stay there...
i dont know what to do...i cant go with him cause my parents're sooooooooooo hard and it won't work with me to go there ...money problems ...& familly problems
tell me .do you feel he really loves me?and if that's right ,why he's still there????

Yes he always loved you, and you actually always loved him. Love wasn't the problem. YOUR inability to understand what you need for your life and what purpose you serve in is. Don't treat love like its going to save you, because THEN you can't save it. Love is never enough, its how you use it....
