You can copy or print screen it into paint and crop it there

I find that the easiest way to crop an image with photoshop or otherwise, is to use the area select tool, select the area you want to keep, hit CTRL + C, or right click and select copy, and paste it where ever you want it, if you want it as a jpg or want to print it put it in a new image file, or you can put it in word documents ect.

Why would you scan a document in as a picture when you want to save the text???

Read The Friendly Manual (RTFM) for your scanner and follow the “How To's” to the letter. Look for Optical Character Recognition (OCR), most scanners have it.

Still Stuck?

Call the manufacturer for tech support.
