I have had 2 kids, it's been a year and a half since the last and I still look about 3-4 monthes pregnant I have started doing some crunches and cannot do sit-ups(I have very large breasts). I have seen a slight difference already but would like to do more than just crunches. I don't own any equipment nor do I have a gym membership.

Hey:) Well....the BEST exercise for abs is simple. No need for machines, equipment or props!! Its called the "supine bicycle". Trust me...you'll feel it, lol. Lie on your back, interlace your fingers behind your head (as if your were going to do a situp) and start peddeling away! Make your left elbow touch your right knee, and your right elbow to your left knee. Alternate back and forth for as long as you can stand the burn. This exercise will work not only your abs, but also works your obliques (sides...eliminates love handles). Im sure it will definately help tone your butt too....so really, you benefit in alot of areas. I do these at the gym instead of crunches just because it is more efficient and works my abs harder. Take your time, and keep your motivation, and you will start to see results. Remember....no pain, no gain! Keep up the good work!

If you have some extra dough, you might want to invest in an exercise ball. (they're not too expensive!) Many of them come with a chart showing the various exercises you can do to tone the tummy. The great thing about a stability ball is that you use your stomach in a whole new way as you maintain balance while doing the excercises. You'll realize a new you - your posture will be better, you will feel your core muscles engaged, etc.
Since you're a mother of two and probably don't have a bunch of time to devote to this, you might want to try some Pilates or Yoga. Both exercises have been known to stretch and strengthen the entire body and give the abs a great workout in the process. DVDs are relatively cheap and there are some rountines that are as short as a half hour.
Good luck!

Floor exercises are best.
Like lie and lift legs. 1 at a time.
Up and down.
Rounds

Also crunches are best.
Do a little. Increase gradually. Takes a lot of patience and time. Do like 10 times x3 times.
Keep increasing the 10 to 20 and 30.
3times to 5 times.

Come on now. How hard is it to use a search engine? Type in "Ab exercises" and see what happens.

Whatever you decide on, it is very important to include "plank" exercises. Those work your transverse abdominus muscle which helps keep your stomach sucked in.

Unfortunately, doing ab exercised does not burn the fat off your abs.

To burn fat, you need to clean up your diet and focus more on exercises that burn more calories (total body resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and interval training).

A great resource for you to check out is:
