Just because she is a virgin doesn't mean it is still there. A lot of activity can tear it.
Go slow and be gentle.

It's nice that you care. I hope you use protection as well to prevent accidental pregnancy.
To be honest, from my own experience, I believe that, no matter how careful you are, there is always a certain amount of pain or discomfort. If a woman gives herself to a very caring man when she has her first sexual experience, the growing pleasure from the experience overcomes the discomfort and the pain goes away fairly fast.
Another thing that helps is to use some sexual lubricant as the first time, she might still be a bit dry if she hasn't come enough before you penetrate.
You have to understand, in the first sexual act, the hymen does tear, and that cannot happen without pain. If she's done a lot of horseback riding, she might have had a hymenal tear from that strenuous activity.
Going slow, and building up her excitement helps. Lots and lots of foreplay is good for women.
Waiting till you've been together longer would also be a good idea. You should consider waiting and maybe doing it for the anniversary of when you started to date.

She should not feel that much pain if all is normal and well. You need to talk to her about what she is ready to do and then you need to go slow you need to give her time to relax so she will be more comfortable. Perhaps use a finger first so she can get used to the sensations. Listen to her and take your cues from her reactions. When the time comes be gentle but also remember the band aid syndrom. You ease a bandaid off and it hurts more than if you quickly get a firm grip and yank it off. No yanking or ripping but you will want to break teh hymen with a strong stroke and then hold her and wait until she is ready befor proceeding. Good luck your lady has a very considerate man in you one that really loves her, we should all be so lucky.

Watch her face. Be gentle, if it looks like she is in pain then follow accordingly and slow down. When u are about to do it, go in gentle and then just do it and then relax for a minute, and don't make a big deal if she cries, remember to comfort her though. And by the way, it doesn't matter if she uses a tampon or not, because it doesn't go in the same place so the tampon thing is bull ****.

Firstly, check that she is of legal age.
Secondly, if she has been masturbating, she might have lost the hymen by now.
If she is really excited about sex, she may not feel the pain when the hymen is ruptured.
If you are very particular, she can get her hymen removed surgically under anesthesia from a qualified doctor.

She can go bike riding because that is all it takes to break that little membrane. It is not a "cherry" to be popped. You have no idea what is going on so don't be disappointed when you don't see blood on the sheets. In olden days, maids used to have to kill a poor chicken to convince the idiot male that her hymen "broke".
By the way, it is also a myth that if you masturbate too much, you grow hair on your palms. I said that in a classroom once and the idiot boys looked at their hands. Duh1

The first and foremost thing to do is to make sure you are a loving, kind and gentle partner who respects her to the utmost.
Secondly, use a water-based, lubricant.
Third, listen to her needs and wants.

What do you have against Catholics?
Lets just try a quick fact.
You say you want to be with her forever right?
Did you know that living together increases the chances of a later divorce by 50%?
That is not trying to force my beliefs on you, I am not calling for you to be jailed for immorality, just trying to help you spend forever with her happily.
That is not only God's law, but also natrual law.
Good Luck!
