Statements like "stressful things seem to happen at the same time" only assure that they do.
Buying a home can be very stressful, as well as all the other things on your list. My advice, don't worry about that you cannot change. Also don't worry about that which you CAN change, after all you can change it, right?
Maybe try some meditation, and practice it regularly. Also focus on the outcome, not the process.
Be well.

One way to look at it is that you will always have little bumps in the road, but the little things always look bigger when they happen right after something big.
Getting flooded out of your house is a big thing, especially if you have been living there a long time. The car thing would be a major annoyance on its own, but it seems much worse coming just a few months after you got flooded.
And buying a new house is always stressful, although it's self-imposed stress. You COULD stay where you are, but you've made a decision not to. I'm not saying that it was the wrong decision, or that it wouldn't have been even more stressful to stay where you are, but it is a decision, not something that was forced on you.
Things will get better. It's just impossible to predict when or how they will do so.

Dont beat yourself up your entitled to feel bad within your situation its all relative. At least you know there are other people worse off than you that doesnt make you a bad person to be pissed off with your life. Nicky,
We all go through times like these (when it seems like stress seems to build up and up). If you feel really stressed right now, you might want to cut back on some things you are doing and allow you some more time to relax. Good Luck

Everything will be alright. Just remember a broken road can lead you to great things. Be patient, good things will follow. Keep a positive attitude.

What doesn't kill you will make you stonger.
Yeah, I know I hate hearing that, but it seems so true in life. The more you prove you can handle, the more fate will drop on your doorstep. Just take some deep breaths and know this time will pass.
Good luck!

"When sorrows come, they come not single spies, but in battalions" - Shakespeare usually had it right.
You are indeed going through a bad patch just now, and it must seem never-ending. Don't let it get you too far down - things are bound to get better for you.
