I'd have to admit, Im definitely not a Britney fan. But lately the more I see and hear about her on the news, the more I feel sorry for her. I think she is in a post partum depression because she is still in the learning parenting process, her career has majorily crashed, and her marriage did not work out. Anywho to answer the question, I totally agree with the judge. She is where she is at because of her own decisions and faults she needs to take care of herself before raising her own kids. Heck, if anything she is still in teenage mode for all I care she jumped right into having babies and marriage at the wrong time. She has to get the depression and partying out of her system, AND WAKE UP AND SHE HOW f*d SHE IS!

I don't think kevin is that much better of a parent. i believe britney is scutinized in the lime-light all the time. people say she should stay home with her kids instead of going out - but how would you feel always cooped up. I mean I go out with my kids to resturants, swimming pools, etc. all the time but the only difference is I'm not being picked out on all my parenting flaws. I mean she is a 1st time mother, which two kids back to back. She hasn't learned to to be a mother for the 1st baby, much less the 2nd. It's a learning process just like anything else & everybody goes through it - we're just not celebrities...
As far as drugs, now if that's true, well she's f*cked.

The judge was absolutley right. She does not display the actions of a good mother. I mean Kevin maybe a dork but he is a good father which is what attracted Britney to him in the first place. That judge new what he was doing and made the best decision for the kids which is really what matters anyway.

I DO! Britney is just not responsible enough. Kevin may be a poser rap artist, but at least he is not in the news every week for being intoxicated in public, wearing slutty clothing, etc.

I do. Her increasingly erratic behavior, drug use and alcohol abuse is no good.
BUT on the flip, I think Federline is only using them as money bait. He should be ordered to get drug tested, too.
It's clear she has some mental, drug and alcohol problems. But who is to say, Federline doesn't? He just mastered the PR game.
Those kids maybe should be with her parents.

I don't know if those children are better off with one parent or the other, but i would be willing to bet that the judge was just looking for his one minute of fame.
