I have no idea what your question means, but if you mean what would the costs be for a church having a computer (for office work) then it would be the same for any other business.
Software needed
Computer needed
Internet charges (broadband payed per month)
Electricity (which you should have anyway)
You get the idea...

Firstly, stop panicking. Breathe, relax. Next your first problem seems to be that you have way too many distractions around you. You have been putting off things you should be getting done as well which is not helping you to sort out your schedule. Since you have two computers, an ipod and everything, I suggest you move your studies to another location where you can refrain from using any of these items while studying. Since you want a change you are on the right track. You need to feel motivated to study. Sit down and think a minute about what you want to do most. In order to be successful you need to be intelligent, well read and also have the right credentials. You also definitely need to bring in some more routine by which you go to sleep at a fixed time and wake up at a fixed one. Manage your time through planning and have a study schedule. I don't quite understand what you are asking? Are you asking how much it would cost a church to purchase a computer in order for the staff to do their jobs? Or for the members to bring their own computers to use during Sunday services?
What is the computer to be used for? How often would it be used? Who would be using it? How many people would be using it? Where would it be used?
You need to give a bit more detail so that people will be able to answer your question.
My church has one computer in each building. The computer is used to manage membership and financial records. The members can use it occasionally to type and print Sunday programs, and anything related to their church assignments. It is used a few times a week, for a couple hours. I don't know how much it cost, but I would imagine the cost of the computer, monitor, and printer ran to about $1,200. Then add the cost of the software, and the internet connection. It's probably not any more than what your family spent to get your computer, monitor, printer, and internet.

You really need to explain your question better.
Why would I be using a computer in a church service?
Or do you mean in the office?
