Depends on what gives you pleasure. Hedonism is rooted in self pleasure and gratification.
If you get pleasure from eating chocolate, then that would be your hedonistic indulgence. If you get pleasure from pulling the wings off of flies, then that would be your hedonistic indulgence.

Are you asking for a definition, or an example? Boredom is an example of a hedonistic indulgence because as long as their are others to care for, you should never be bored.

Most people do not understand that hedonism is a perfectly reasonable Ethic or moral system. Basically the thought is, if it feels good then it is good (most people know this), but at it's purest form it considers the simplest pleasures to be the best i.e. bread and water after a hard days labor.
People that have a casual understanding of hedonism, often assume that the point is to seek the maximum pleasure, which is to say, overload yourself with all pleasures at the same time.

Hedonsim is self indulgence, it is when you seel pleasure after pleasure for ones self. So, I would consider taking a vacation when you cannot afford to pay for it (and leave others holding the bill for whatever because of it) a hedonistic indulgence. Excessive partying.... prostitutes, parties (LA style, me me me)..... any of that stuff.

indulging in what feels good for no other reason then that-everyone does it -some may not admit-only time it is bad is when you carry it to extremes and forget all the other things that are necessary in your life-----enjoy the day

getting drunk. Doing something that may be considered taboo just cause you enjoy it. Not because of rebellion issues, but because you truely enjoy it.
