Instead of pre-emptive strike on Iran or any other countries, US congress should pass a law allowing law enforcing agencies to arrest all the known criminals before they commit crimes. That will wipe out the crimes and possible victims won't have to suffer. Billions of dollars on crime solving will be saved also. Millions of people won't day from the bullets of criminals. Does it make sense to any one?

Dear Friend.
Even I thought the same way as your's and gradually I am realizing the causes of it, but cannot help to stop it. Let me give you some facts.
In India the Kashmir Parliament was attacked by a group of Terrorists. Of course all of them were shot dead by the Police even before they reach the location.Very next day the Police provided their names and nationalities and passport details too.
Again, there was an attack on the Delhi Parliament and the same story there were eight or twelve of them and they were all shot dead by the Police and they declared that they were all Pakistanis and they told Pakistani Authorities to take their dead bodies and they did not telling that they are not their people.
Thank God Allah that they did not say they were Indian Muslims. I donot know what would have happenned.
Again there was an attack in the Akshardam Temple and the two criminals peeped in and shot at people and they were killed by the authorities. Police gave their personnel details names passport numbers too without taking time.
I was amazed how stupid these Terrorists are to carry their identities and passports with them, while performing such acts. On the other side if the Police know their identity why they did not arrest them before they committed that crime.
In USA there are eminent Scholars and individuals who came out with some facts about 9 /11 and it is put aside.
On the same lines I think in Iraq someone will go and kill Sunnis in a Sunni Mosque and some on goes and kills a Shia in a Shia Mosque and you will see hundreds of them both killing each other and it will be ongoing. While no one knows who exactly started the trouble.
In india it is easy to start a riot,; Hindu crowd while celebrationg their religious passes by a Mosque. Someone throws a stone on them from the mosque and they will attack the mosque and many will be killed by it. While no one knows who throw stone on them.
While there are videos available who demolished Babri Mosque no one is convicted so far, while hundreds of Muslims are arrested and charged and languishing in jails on so many other accounts of rioting.
Who is Bin Laden? Is he a Religious Leader and Mentor of Islam and Muslims? Surely NO.
Does Islam Permit Killing Innocent Men, Women and Children? Surely NO.
It is High Tech and High Level Politics Game My Friend. It is the time and turn for the peace loving Muslims to get humiliated and suffer for the sake of few criminals among them, while there are criminals in every religion and country.

What about those who're no longer criminals? those who're about to commit their first crime? How do they arrive across them? What about their victims? And what about the criminals who've determined no longer to commit any extra crimes? Do they arrest them because they "imagine" they are going to commit against the law? Get a clue right here, we do not arrest human beings till once they commit against the law, no longer formerly. you would possibly want to wish a real psychic ideas reader to attempt this, and they only do not exist.

What about those who are not criminals? The ones who are about to commit their first crime? How do they identify them? What about their victims? And what about the criminals who have decided not to commit any more crimes? Do they arrest them because they "think" they are going to commit a crime?
Get a clue here, we don't arrest people until after they commit a crime, not before. You would need a true psychic mind reader to do that, and they simply don't exist.

Sounds like the dumbest idea I have ever heard. How do you arrest someone for a crime they haven't commited?
Why don't we go ahead and just kill everyone who is going to die and be done with it?
