high blood what?? your question is rather confusing. if you have high blood pressure then go see a doctor that can get you on the right medication. if you have high blood sugar then go to a doctor as well. if you already know that you are diabetic and have high blood sugar then either adjust your insulin or your diet but most likely both. If your blood sugar is too high and you need to lower it right away (as in emergency situation) get off of the computer, call an ambulance and go to the hospital

You aren't dizzy because your blood pressure is high. I see patients nearly every day who think so, but it doesn't happen. This is just one of those myths that refuse to die, and most doctors play along rather than go through the bother of arguing the point. Better to find out what kind of dizziness you have, and then you may be able to do something about it.

first thing, consult your doctor for your medication or anti hypertensive meds...

try also to increase your fluid intake. if it became worst better go to the emergency room
