I am looking for a recipe that includes Alfredo sauce. I am sick of chicken and shrimp fetticinni Alfredo, so I am looking for a great tasting recipe with Alfredo sauce.

How about on a pizza? This one is delicious! I'm presuming you know how to make Alfredo sauce from what you said so I didn't include my recipe for it here. I'd already just posted that in another answer about how to make it.

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
10 oz. Alfredo Sauce
1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (10 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 unbaked pizza crusts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread pizza crusts out onto baking sheets or pizza pans.
Place the spinach and Alfredo sauce in a saucepan, and warm over medium heat. Stir occasionally. Spread 1 tablespoon of olive oil onto each pizza crust. Spoon half of the Alfredo and spinach onto each crust, then arrange artichoke hearts over the sauce layer. Top each pizza with half of the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle mushrooms and black olives on top.
Bake pizzas one at a time for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the bottom is nicely browned.

The home made Kaajals are dark and long lasting but they do smudge a bit if rubbed. The recipe to make is quite simple. Take 2 mud Diyas or Lamps. Light a flame using a cotton stub with aid of any oil. Cover the lamp or diya with the other one leaving a little space for air. Put enough oil so that it lasts for some 6-8 hours. After the flame dies, collect the soot from lamp and use dry kajal. It is very dark and while using, take in finger and blow away extra quantity. All the best! Poonam

PEPPERONI ALFREDO
1 pkg refrigerated filled ravioli or other filled pasta (I like the 3 cheese kind)
Cook as directed, not mushy, drain well.
In a large skillet, saute 1/2 a small onion in 2 t. olive oil. Add 1/2 t. chopped garlic and a pkg of pepperoni. Separate the individual pieces of pepperoni as you add to the skillet.
Add 1 jar Ragu Alfredo sauce (it's the cheapest and its good).
Stir well and heat about 5 minutes with the other ingredients.
Toss with the pasta.
Throw in a handful of tiny frozen peas. Toss and serve (the heat from the pasta will heat the peas just enough but they will still have a bit of crunch). I like to add some fresh ground pepper as well.
Serve with a simple salad and crunchy garlic bread.
Bon apetit!

*************ALFREDO SAUCE
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 cup milk 0-2 %
3 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp dry parsley/ 1/2 cup fresh
The best way to make this consistent is to use a blender, put cream cheese, milk, Parmesan, cheese, garlic, pepper and salt in blender. Blend until there are no clumps, poor into sauce pan on medium heat, cook for about 10 minutes, well cooking add parsley, is fresh chop finely and extra for garnish.
Cook your favorite pasta, I recommend spaghetti, if you want you may want to add chicken bacon any one of your favorite meats, I find it goes great with clams.
Pour desired amount over pasta, cook meat in sauce to absorb flavour into the meat, cook sea food in different pan and than add over pasta before pouring Alfredo Sauce.
If you find the original sauce using heavy cream and butter to be too heavy, then this modified, lighter version may be a healthier choice for you.

We like to make bow-tie pasta (farfalle) where I add either frozen, chopped spinach (cooked) to the Alfredo sauce or cooked, chopped broccoli tops (no stems) before serving. Make sure the vegetables are drained and hot when you add them!

This is my family's favorite way to eat spinach : )
