I have worked for mencap b4 and my mum is disabled so I do know what it involves just no good with questions thats all

Hi,I would put that I have had experience working with diabled
people put Mencap & that you help your Mother.Good Luck

I am sure the authority who sent the form will willingley help you to to complete it.without any reflection at all for the position applied for.But your strengh is in helping others who are not as fortunate as you.The acheivement relates to proving you are capable of success under difficult conditions.You may have bought a car and sold it on at a profit.A simple thing like at school you was a winner on Sports Day.Etc Etc...

You must realise you are the only person who can answer these questions. Attempting to cheat by using someone else's answers suggests you are really not mature enough to take on this responsible role - which is EXACTLY why they ask this sort of question.
