MY MY!!! What an amusing question.
I am sure you know the answer you are just trying to be funny. Today many regard the bible as a metaphor or an allegory, the biggest metaphor and allegory in all of history.
When the meek inherit the earth there will be no more inheritance tax. In fact there will no taxes at all. There is only one government, the government of the almighty god and it will not impose any taxes.
That is why it is called Heaven.

the meek won't inherit anything, they'll all be dead but since the republicans have all but repealed the death tax their survivors here in the u.s. will do quite well indeed.
