I don't know the exact recipe but I make my soup based on it, its

Half a cabbage
2 carrots
half an Onion
Half red & green pepper
2 x Courgettes
Tin chopped tomatoes
Vegetable stock
Tomatoes Puree
Mixed herbs

Prepare all the veg put in large saucepan make enough veg stock to cover the veg, about 400ml, simmer gently for about 20-30 mins, add dried herbs and tom puree and blend with a hand blender until desired consistancy, add more water if needed. You can use loads of different veg in this its a great way of using up old veg.
