Now I asked a question about some who poke fun at Christians but this is for some Christians on here.
A person I talk to on here received an email saying-
I hope your gay cousin gets saved, Jesus loves you,
gay is a sin! For info here, her cousin believes in Jesus.
She has blocked a few Christians on here. You can
say you have the right to judge righteously but you have
No right to judge anyone. You do not help people who
do not believe in Jesus. You should look in the mirror
at yourselves before throwing stones.

Arcanum,
Whatever, I don't preach to people
unless they ask me what I believe
anyway. I didn't mean to imply I was
better, maybe you are trying to imply
you are though?

Not all people who believe in God
are the same. The lady blocked
emails because she doesn't preach
at people as well unless someone
asks her beliefs. Not all of us
shove it down others throats. So
there are some people who do
not believe and poke fun and
there are some people who believe in
God and poke fun too in a manner
of speaking.

And lastly, I still think no one here,
myself included should be judging anyone. There's a Pastor on Y
who does not judge and I talk to
him sometimes.
Have a great day and Thanks for
answering.

People vent on here sometimes. Okay,
Why do you think you have the right
to Judge? C'Ya.

You should love the sinner but you don't have to love the sin.

"You should look in the mirror
at yourselves before throwing stones"

Kind of mixing metaphors there aren't you?

"You do not help people who
do not believe in Jesus."

Um, you said the cousin believes in Jesus, so isn't this sentence a moot point?

Anyway, yes, every human being has the right to judge. Hell, your judging people that you claim have no right to judge, your no better than anyone else.

All that being said, I would agree that it was in poor taste to send that email if the only reason the person sent it was because the receiver's cousin was gay. Christians wish that all would be saved, however we realize that there are many who's pride is so great that they think they have all the answers already.

It is a double edged sword.

I have compassion for every person that is lost and on their way to hell. I go all over the world and preach Jesus. I spend my own money to tell others about my Savior.

But when i preach Jesus people are then pointed to their sin and they are upset at me for making them feel bad.

When you shine light on somethinh (John 14:6 Jesus is that light) Darkness is uncovered and sinners feel guilty.

I could stand on the corner and shout at the top of my lungs "Free beer" and no one will get angry. But if i say "Jesus saves" i get contention on all sides. Jesus points out sin.

This world hates Jesus and loves sin.

Sodomy is a sin and i will witness to a sodomite every chance i have. I will not fellowship with them no more than a person in any other sin that they will not let go of.

We all sin and i struggle with mine. But the difference is i am trying to be closer to God and leave my sin in the past. This is a struggle i will deal with my entire life.

So if i preach sin will send you to hell the drunkard will harass me. If i tell you about God's love for you the adulterer calls me names. If im standing up for Christ the weak Christian who is not witnessing will now be bold enough to talk to me and chastise me for doing it wrong letting sinners to walk by not telling them about the wonderful Savior that saved them.

Curious isn't it?

If the cousin is a homosexual, then what is stated in the e-mail is correct. We do have the right to judge by the fruit of the person who claims Salvation.

As far as the cousin, if she has chosen to be a homosexual, then she is not saved. The 2 points are moral and polar opposites. She could be no more saved than the unrepentant child molester or murderer.

You may be a 'Blue Collar Man', and I may be a 'Bush Woman' from the bush. That will not change the fact that "you have not asked a question". This is the place for answers, yet there is no Question to answer. You are ranting and emotionally venting, this is simply not the place for that. A question mark on the end of a statement, does not make a statement a question. Hola

We have to face our own faults first. But scripturally-speaking, Christians can judge their "Christian" brother or sister only after they remove the plank from their own eyes, but we must be careful. It is to be done in love for that person, not condemnation. Who are we to condemn?

As for those in the world (carnal nonbelievers), that judgment is solely up to God.

Thinking homosexuality is immoral is a lot different then casting stones at someone.
