Sure NASCAR has 36 events but that does not make everyone happy.
The roots of the sport goes to the dirt bullrings. These dirt tracks are where this sport was born but the sport has pulled away from it and now the majority of the events are run on cookie cutter tracks and have the same outcome.
Bring back dirt and make the sport more diverse.
Until then see ya at Talladega.

I know from all the races that i have attended, that many people have not been able to see the end of a race due to it being postponed till the next day. They are the ones that did not schedule enough time to allow for something like that. When i go to the races, I want to see as much ofthe race as I can..... even if I have to wait several hours. AND.... I always make sure my schedule allows me to stay until Wed... if needed.

I'm happy that Nascar continued the Kansas race. And the answer is NO.... my driver did not win. But, i still enjoyed the racing!!!!!!!!!!!

I know they want to keep the fans happy but I can't ever remember them starting a race up after halfway when they could not get the entire race in before dark. They are on race 3 in a 10 race chase. That is not the time to start making new rules.

I wouldn't drive around the block to see a race at Kansas, but I don't get your question.
I have drove many more miles to a race track to see a NASCAR race and the driver I root for didn't win but that is a chance you take. I have gone and been rained out and they were over 1/2 way fine. I was raised up around the track and those are the rules that go along with the sport.
SO you must be talking to the people that only know NASCAR and never watched another race series in there life and think that if they cry enough NASCAR will make a rule for them. They are probably right. NASCAR is in destruct mode right now and they don't know how to handle it.
They have rules that are not rules and you get fined for all most breaking a rule and you get fined not breaking a rule. They still have people who watch this insane mans back yard game.
France is out of control. He is not listening to all the people who back his series or use to support it. I know in the last several years when they started the chase is when I quit spending a dime on NASCAR and try to avoid buying anything that has NASCAR name on it. I have saved thousands of dollars.

They owe the fans every single avenue exhausted to get the race in. For some folks especially in the single race markets it is there only chance to go to the dance.
