The christian child that is taught from his parents that Jesus is God. The Child that had no thought otherwise to be washed away, but simply to follow in the practice of his parents.
Or the highschool freshmen, that is at a confused point in life being force fed evolution as fact. This happens to Christians after they already have a belief system that the teachers try to wash away.
Then after that point the student makes up his own mind on which is right. The one that chooses his initial belief after the indoctrination is said to be brainwashed????? Something doesnt make sence to me.

Paul: Im a scientist. Not Biology, but engineering. I tried to pick many holes in Christianity but it proved itself to me. As an engineer in a real science, I see no reason to even consider evolution science. Its junk that can not be proven.

Even if it could be proven, it serves no purpose other than disproving God. And it does no good for anyone. The only things that ever came from evolution is a waste of time, and bad medical practices from doctors that thought that people and monkeys are interchangable

Young skulls full of mush. That's why we homeschool. Currently homeschooling THROUGH high school. We are NOT alone: http://www.hslda.org/docs/nche/000000/00000017.asp My children know the truth that sets them free.
The world is full of scientific facts that back up the creation story in Genesis, but evolutionists ignore facts that are not convenient to them. http://www.answersingenesis.org/ http://icr.org/ http://www.creationevidence.org/cemframes.html
Brainwashing (the word) has been so abused that its overall meaning is no longer a psychological term, but slang like extremist, which simply refers to anyone with a very different viewpoint than the speaker. For example, as a conservative Christian, I would call Dan Rather an extremist, and he would refer to me as an extremist.

The reason you don't accept evolution is because of your indoctrination. The simple fact that you associate Evolution meaning life came from a rock shows your total ignorance on the subject. I am also sure you have chosen not to study evolution from a non creationist point of view...also an indication of your indoctrination. FYI Technical engineering has nothing to do with biology. That's like saying you can extract DNA from the Nucleus of a cell just because you are a Pastry Chef. The two don't fit!

No! Science and Religion caannn get along, trust me.
I've had my own views and i go to a catholic school, its really hard sometimes, but i live.
Evolution is a fact, and creationism is a story. Even my school told me that.
The bible, and God, is a matter of faith, not facts. The stories of creation, in fact, every book in the Bible, isn't supposed to be taken literally, you're meant to understand the meaning behind the words.
Creation: God makes us what we are, and everything is put on Earth by God, for a reason.
It's also possible that God did create everything, but evolution still happened.
Adam and Eve never existed, it's just a story. Both can still make sense.
Btw, the parents taught the children wrongly, because Jesus was the SON of God. God put him on Earth to save the people.

Brainwashed is not quite the right answer. Blinded. Blinded by the god of this world who offers poison to ease the soul, uncontrolled sex opposed to self control. Greed opposed to giving. This is human nature, supported by the public school system, supported by the slim in government, the media, on and on. this is why school kids when they get upset, kill their school mates, what's a life? nothing. This is why a young pregnant teen mother takes her new born and leaves it in a trash can. It was a "choice" just a hour ago, so how can it be a life now? the only difference is its location.
'We are reaping what has been sowed.

Someone who believes religious dogma might well view any other education as an 'attempt' to 'wash away' their religion, where other (secular) knowledge conflicts with their religious doctrine.
Your question is flawed because of that, and because of your seeming inability to grasp the difference between indoctrination (organized religion) and empirical or philosophical studies (other learning disciplines including the sciences).
The fact that you spell it 'sence' instead of sense is an irony often lost on those who have a religious 'beef' with education ;-)
UPDATE:
You claim that people are taught this equation?:
"Life from rock=rational thought=fact"
OK, so you skipped biology class. So now what?

Basically, just following your logic a little further..You are advocating stopping ALL missionary mission to non-Christian countries.By your own words,if you "convert"them from their original belief system, which may be Muslim,Hindu,or any religion besides your particular version of Christianity, you are brainwashing them. That's very good thinking.Since you object to removing ones "original belief system"Will you now stand up AGAINST missionaries, you know, the whole "brainwashing"thing is wrong.YOU just said so.

I am the only one that is semi-annoyed of the closed-minded, impolite, irrational questions that seem to be targeted at people just because of what they believe? Both sides seriously need to give it a rest already.

If I'm brainwashed, why am I always questioning? I don't accept evolutionary theory without seeing the data behind it. I'm a scientist - I'm trained and encouraged to pick holes in my own beliefs.
Are Christians?

My civil engineer catholic roommate in college believed that tigers lived in North America because somebody told him and he never looked it up for himself. He didn't believe in evolution, either. But he also never looked that up. Also, you spelled sense wrong. Are you an engineer on a train?
