MEN.. what on earth is going on in your head when you act like this with a woman?
You've often flirted before and have a connection.then one day you know kisses etc but not sex (you try, she's type that waits a bit) . Seems like the usual start of something but you don't contact her next day, or next day, or next day!! Say she contacts you and suggests meeting up...and you don't reply...WHAT'S GOING ON IN YOUR HEAD?

I have already answered this. By the way' If a guy doesn't reply let it go. Don't obsess over it. Move on. If a guy doesn't contact you after going out with you before don't call him. It just makes you look desperate and turns him off even more. Learn to let go.

The fellow knows u like him & are content with what u have.........he does like u too but is simply confused. Actually he is getting a kick/ ego boost etc., by acting unpredictable & is basking in the knowledge of the fact that he exercises control on u'r feelings. Common among males, some stage or the other. JUST PLAY ALONG......JILT HIM ONCE & PRETEND AS U FORGOT & ARE CLUELESS. SHOW HIM THAT U CAN PLAY THE GAME EQUALLY WELL. Guys are very easy to breakdown.......act unfettered about him & the relation for a few days.......In no time will he become a nice & normal guy if there ever was one. On the flip side ( least likely) if he continues with his whims & fancies.......U GOT LUCKY - IN TIME!

it's funny because the people who u like and they like you back and they sort of ignore you too much and give you probelms, they are the ones who are usually after somebody better (even though you know you like each other). Do this myself as weel, but not with many people though.
