I don't know how to ask this, but every time I feel cold , my stomach starts to hurt and I'll go diarrhea. It's not just the cold weather, but maybe like a small breeze and it'll reach my spine and then I feel really weak inside. It's been happening lately... I don't know if it's directly related to this but whenever I eat something in the morning I get stomach problems too. Like I never eat breakfast and even if i take a sip of water, my stomach will start hurting and I'll have to use the restroom. Am I just that weak, or is there something wrong?

Thanks.

i found this on a forum. The person complained of similar symptoms such as yours.

For the past year i have been having a constant stomach problem. Certain times of the day i feel sick to my stomach. I have noticed lately it happens before bed or if i have to go to the bathroom and cant. Its really annoying and affecting my health and studies.

Sometimes i also get cold chills and cant stop shivering. I have been to the doctors and they did blood test and it all came out fine. They said it was acid reflux but i dont belive it, it has to be something more to it.

Dr online has this to say: and I quote:

Well, I guess that if the blood work is fine you should undergo some other tests, like stool testing and colonoscopy or endoscopy…..to look at the inner organs and see what the problem could be.

If you have any additional problems like constipation or diarrhea, you could be easily diagnosed with IBS. But you have to undergo a whole lot of other tests to rule out other problems and if nothing shows up, it could be IBS.

Irritable bowel syndrome is often aggravated by stress, so the more you stress about it, not knowing what it could be, the condition may get worse.

If you have problems with constipation, try adding some fiber supplements to try to relieve this problem and see if the stomach problems and feeling sick sensation are relieved.

Abdominal pain often occurs because of constipation. Anyway, in order to be diagnosed, you need to work closely with a doc.

You do certainly have some interesting symptoms, ie cold weather. But the rest of the symptoms may suggest colitis, such as ongoing diarrhoea, and stomach pain.
For that you should eat melon, peeled apples, pears, grapes, peeled cucumbers, banana smoothies made with soy milk,
mashed potato, egg. Avoid all fat, fiber, milk products and meat. Yes, this is the healing phase diet, which broadens once the symptoms settle down.

I know what you mean, I had stomach pain after eating rice one day, but there are meds you can take to alleviate the pain.
