Buffering is something like downloading. Because those videos that you watched are not in your local hard drive, they are located on tv link server. Due to that, you have to download the video from their server, the same time you are watching it.
When your download speed is too slow, you have to stop till it download the next few minutes of the show.

Your computer is probably too slow is it takes time to load.
