she said she is fed up and it sounds like her other friends are having much more fun at their uni's, she feels alone and stuck in her room most of the time, how can i help?

Your sister needs to get out and join a club or class that interests her She needs to find what makes her unique We are all born with a special quality unlike each other We just have to find out what it is Have her explore what makes her her She special and it would be a shame if thw world did not get to know her

Ask her to make some friends.She can join some clubs like sports music ,environment,or art.Get involved in extra curriculum activities and not to stuck herself in studies alone.
She needs to socialize.
