I'd tell her I love her too just to protect her feeling because, come on, when a lady tells her she loves you, she's really putting all her cards on the table, hoping that she won't be rejected.
So accept her love - since love can be so comprehensive that you are not lying to her when you say you love her too just for the sake of protecting her feeling when she can be so vulunerable...
And then proceed forward and try and see how things work out for both of you...
Again, we're not lying...we're flowing with the loving feelings and moments...and we're appreciating the fact that we're loved...and giving it in return...
It's never wrong to love someone...so let's not make it so wrongful...regardless of whatever circumstances...whether she has a husband or whatever...
Just appreciate it and flow with it...you never know...it might just be the best love relationship ever to fall upon you...
I know...because I've been thru. that...and what I can think of right now is...I appreciated that and feel forever thankful to the lady that said that to me although things don't work out afterward....
Life is love and love is life...so go for it...and respect it and enjoy it...

I would just be honest with her.
If I didn't feel the same way, I'd tell her...
and if I DID, I'd simply say "I love you, too".
In this situation, it's better to be direct and honest with her - so she can move on if she needs to.
Have some grace here. Frankly, your question indicates that you are not quite there yet. I'd suggest, though, that you take this chance to STEP UP TO THE PLATE and do the right thing. You'll feel better. Trust me.

Amigo, my friend...time is fleeting and will never come back. Make the most of what is now but do not make the girl an idiot. Share the moment with her and show her what is life. The chance may never come again.

why would i disrespect her and her feelings??
i won't run or hide...thats just being rude..
just be a man and face it
be honest and tell her the truth...and if she's a good person love her back!

That would depend on how emotionally retarded I was.
If I liked her i would say it back.
If it was too soon I would tell you
If I was a numpty I would run and hide or make a fool of you

I would be flattered - if it's sincere.
One girl wanted to marry me just to get military housing.
Another told me she loved me just to get my retirement.
A third told me she loved me just because I was in love - bringing that meaningful good sex you can't get from strangers. She dropped me for her first ever boyfriend when she finally figured out how to max out her bed efforts for herself.
Honestly, I wouldn't know how to handle a woman actually being unconditionally in love with me. I'd have to meet a sincere unmarried woman first, who would just want me for me.

If in a relationship, then great, reply back in kind.
If just randomly...it sounds a bit stalkerish, even if it's not intended in that way.
