I was feeling the same as you a few months ago, I was constantly tired and sleepish no matter how much sleep I got and I found out it was my diet that was the problem! I wasn't drinking enough water and I was low on iron. Are you drinking plenty of water? Do you eat healthy, or do you lack a certain food group in your diet? Also, if you tend to snack on sugary foods, after the sugar leaves your system you feel lethargic and tired. So, many look at your eating patterns and if you feel you are lacking in anything, try taking some supplements or just increasing it in your diet.
Hope this helps, good luck!! :-)

Are you depressed? Are you not exercising? Have you not been eating right? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then that might be the answer.

It looks like you've been beating your head against the keyboard to type. You might want to cut back on that a bit, it may help.
