there are small fans that only require heat from a woodstove for instance...

the differentiation between cold air across the 'fins' and the heat from the base activates a small motor which makes the fan rotate...any 'green' catalogs carry them...

Without a changing electric field, no magnet or combination of magnets can produce any continuing motion. You need the electricity.
