My old Sensei used 2 drop a fist full of rice on the floor n he would make me pick it up 1 by 1 until i finished. The moral 2 the story is that u need 2 breathe deep n focus on what u r doing. Patience is a virtue !

Count to 10 before you do/say anything. Take a couple of deep breaths.
You can also try anger managment classes... it will teach you patience.

4. Remember that you're not perfect and neither is anyone else.

6. Flying off the handle never solved anything.
7. Don't take things too seriously.
8. Learn to laugh off the small stuff.
9. Take some time just for yourself alone at least once a day.

count to ten.. say a funny word in your head when you get mad.. and take a deep breath.. remember getting frustrated will not help the situation at all.. it will get resolved faster by staying calm.. plus help you think..

Exercise what you have every day, and like a muscle, it will grow as you use it more.
