yeah didn't holland and the neatherlands ban it,imagine a guy wearing it from russia long ago or a girl now wearing in the middle east or some rich guy flirting and drinking(more common in asians)

Is 'here' the US? We need a rational reason for restricting religion, but if it is a security concern across the board (can't cover face) it would be acceptable. However, they could likely wear it wherever people can have faces covered, and would just have to unwrap for pictures, to buy with credit cards, or whereever ID is needed.

However, I think where communication is an issue, as in teaching, employers could restrict it as well. Faces ARE part of communication.

Burqas must be flexible for exposure of the person when identification checks are conducted for security purposes.
