I ate a scorpion in China, it was really nice, like shrimp.
Also ate a centipede - that was nice to start with - but as I got to the **** end there was all this really bitter green stuff which I could taste for hours - nice crunchy legs though!!

Also had raw pig's brains which was horrible - but once cooked was really nice. Also had the eyeball which was truly nasty when it popped in my mouth.
Other than that, I suppose some people might say eating pig heart isn't nice - but it is gorgeous.
I suppose the grossest thing I have eaten is my bogies when I was a kid!!

Crickets. We( my family) were at the Toronto Zoo and they offered crickets with chocolate on them and they looked like rosebud candy, we also ate some cricket cookies.Some had whole cfickets on top or you could have them with cricket chunks.I never thought in a million years I would eat an insect on purpose.I have swallowed a fruit fly or two in the past but not on purpose. This exhibit at the zoo was to make people aware of other food sources.I had told my grandchildren we should promise to at least try some but we didn't have to eat it all.Surprise,surprize we all had seconds.

Brains. It didn't taste bad, just grossed me out! Also smoked grasshoppers from Mexico. Crunchy but good
