Satan has boundaries he cannot cross without express permission of God. Job was fenced in by God and Satan could not touch him. Satan thought he knew Job. He didn't. Satan is a created being and though a powerful spirit, is limited similarly to all created beings. He is not all knowing; he is only able to be in one place at any given time. Only God searches the hearts and there is nothing hidden to God. God hears our thoughts as if they were shouted out loud. So how is it we think he doesn't hear our prayers? Silly us. Satan is not God. Would like to be; tried to be, but the Lake of Fire is his portion. Compared to God, Satan is extremely limited. Every time he believes he thwarts God, he finds out that he did himself in. He thought he had won when he got Jesus crucified. What a shock he received when his victory was turned into the agony of defeat. God totally outsmarted him. Satan is certainly powerful compared to us, but not to Jesus who is Lord of lords and King of kings. Satan reads a persons actions and sees how they have acted in the past to make prediction of how he will act in certain situations. I just don't believe this created creature can actually read thoughts like God can. Nonetheless, read Job and you will see how limited he is. He cannot go beyond what God allows. He is a formidable enemy but we overcome him by the blood of the lamb and we love not our lives even unto death. Now the latter part the Lord will work into us by the grace of God.

The Bible teaches repeatedly that God is omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient - He is everywhere, He is all-powerful and He is all-knowing.
God created satan. He is a fallen angel. He is powerful, but he is no competition for God. The Bible repeatedly calls him things like the father of lies, the deceiver. He cannot hear our thoughts, but he's a darn good study of humanity. He knows how to manipulate people and tempt them where they are weak. I know, I've experienced this.
satan's big deal is that he is a pretender. He thinks He can take over God's kingdom and run everything. It's his fatal deception.
You can look in a "concordance", which is a book that shows where things are written in the Bible, and it will tell you the verses on satan/ Jesus/ God the Father.
My real advice, if I were so bold as to give any, is study to find out what God is like. He's the real deal. The stuff about satan you can figure out as you go along.

There is nothing in the Bible to indicate that Satan is omniscient. There are no verses that say he knows everything or that he can read our thoughts. But he is very adept at predicting human behavior because he’s seen it operate for so long. He can anticipate what you might do in a given situation without knowing your thoughts because of his knowledge of humankind and because he has a supernatural mind.... this is from a website that talks about Satan not being able to read your thoughts. I believe that he can not but, he has been watching us personally for many, many years and knows how to attack us when he's ready one things that Satan is, is patient and is here to kill, steal and destroy us. I would suggest going to this website and reading more of what they have said.

No. We can see this demonstrated in the temptation of Christ in the wilderness. As the story goes, Satan seeks to tempt Christ to sin. Satan asks Jesus to do three things: turn a stone to bread, jump off a roof top, and bow down to worship him (satan). Notice that the devil asked Jesus to do things that he could see. We see it clearly later on in the Gospels that Jesus knew full well that He was the Son of God, which means He thought about that and meditated on it. Satan said, "If thou be the Son of God.... etc." So, satan couldn't hear Jesus' thoughts, and hence asked for a demonstration he could see. Does that make any sense?

I am not sure if he (satan) can read our thoughts! Here are 02 verses from the Holy Quran. In the name of Allah the Benificent, the Merciful. "And surely I will lead them astray, and surely I will arouse desires in them, and surely I will command them and they will cut the cattle's ears, and surely they will change Allah's creation. Whoso choseth Satan for a partner instead of Allah is verily a loser and his loss is manifest." "He promiseth them and stirreth up desires in them, and Satan promiseth them only to beguile." (Holy Quran. IV : 119 - 120)

No. because nowhere in scripture is there any evidence whatsoever to this effect. Satan is a created angel. He does not have any of God's powers. His specialty is lying and deceit.

No but he can hear your mouth. Satan cannot be everywhere like the holy spirit and Satan uses his angels to do his work he assigns. God knows and hears everything inward or outward.
