People are nut's ...In are city downtown there was a laundry-mat where people would have sex in the bathrooms, at parks teenagers would do the same things and put graffiti up ...And the weird thing is I don't live in a big city...

Not all places have public restrooms and I've seen signs on the door of some stores that state just that. As for paying to use one, in this city there is a department store that has locks on the doors of the stalls. You have to pay a quarter to unlock. If you have to go bad enough you'll pay.

Are you in the U.S.? I have been in very few stores that do not have public restrooms available. I know legally they do not have to supply a public restroom if they do not serve food, but I very seldom run across any that don't. I would think that in an emergency ANY store could make an exception in an emergency.

not all stores have restrooms, and i'm not suprised either. i worked in a shop once, and let one of the customers take their kid in there. She left sh*t all of the seat. Disgusting.

As for paying for a restroom, in europe, it's common practice to have to pay for the public bathrooms. up to 1 euro.
