Go to you county's health department. They will do it for free or at very low cost.
Depending on where you live in Buffalo Grove, you either live in Cook or Lake County.

I don't think they test for free but look in your yellow pages for STD testing or call planned parenthood.

your local health departments do them i think.. they do in indiana anyway.. and at no charge. good luck and always use protection
