our apparent mind/ body dualism? If you say that our "mind" (specifically our first-person, subjective experiences) is made of physical substance, please tell me how this is so. What is the experience of a thought made of?

You might point out that dualism has its own "problems." You say, 'how could a soul outside space and time interact with a physical body?' Well, I think Descartes answered that one sufficiently. They interact in your pituitary gland. 'Nuff said.

There is no evidence for dualism. There is significant evidence for monism (partial brain anathesia, stroke studies, etc).

The only philosophical argument in support of dualism was the existence of qualia -- until neuropsychologists and computer scientists realized that neural structures can contain information which could not be perfectly transmitted to an equally complex neural structure, which would explain the qualia phenomenon.

As such, there is no evidence of dualism, only for monism, and the monism evidence is quite conclusive.

I would argue along lines of quantum physics and a generalized consciousness of atomic particles. Its science we are yet to understand.

On that token though, Ancient Greeks could have asked "If there is no Zeus, how can you explain lightning?"

My point being; you cant use the lack of science to prove a point. Science is evolving and growing rapidly, it cant answer all questions you have, nor should you expect it to be able to.

You would be better arguing consciousness itself, rather than dualism.

Why should we research basic science for you? Pick up a high school science book and read yourself. Ugh.

they don't care what you are trying to explain to them..the fact that you are so annoying and always trying to prove atheists wrong is enough reasons for an atheist to stay an atheist...just leave it alone and let them carry on their lives...and you carry on your life and follow your religion instead of trying to make everyone believe in what you want them to believe in..
have some respect for others and maybe they will start to respect you...
